Definition |
| Submitted |
Work Requests that have been submitted to MISMO staff, acknowledged, and posted to SharePoint, but have not yet undergone Council of Chairs initial review. New submissions will be scheduled for the next Council of Chairs conference call or meeting, with High priority requests taking precedence. |
| Under Review |
Work Request has been reviewed by the Council of Chairs at least once and is awaiting assignment, possibly due to a request for additional information from the work group or other action. |
| Assigned |
Work Request has been assigned to the Primary Workgroup responsible for its completion, and affected Workgroups have been identified. |
| Active |
Work Request is underway in the Primary Workgroup responsible for its completion, and regular Status Reports are anticipated. |
| On Hold |
Work Request has been suspended due to request to place On Hold (may be pending legal review, etc.) |
| Cancelled |
Work Request has been cancelled either by the Primary Workgroup due to lack of interest, resources, etc., or by request for termination by the Governance, Commercial Steering Committee, MBA legal counsel, or other entity. |
| Completed |
Work Request has been completed by the Primary Workgroup and is awaiting review by Core Data, Core Structures, Architecture, Governance Committee, Commercial Steering Committee, or other entity. |
| Approval Process |
Work Request deliverables are in the process of review by designated reviewers, e.g.: Core Data, Architecture, Governance Committee, etc. |
| Approved |
Work Request has been approved by MISMO Architecture and Governance Committee or Commercial Steering Committee, and is ready for publication on the MISMO website and/or other distribution. |
| Released |
Work Request has been published on the MISMO website and/or distributed by electronic means and is available to the general public. |
