Introduction

The Property and Valuation Services Workgroup actively works to produce and promote subject matter related to property information and property valuation details in the MISMO Reference Model (the Model).  The information provided in our Implementation Recommendations highlight areas of interest in the model as well as usage techniques specifically related to property and property valuation.

Audience

This guide assumes the reader possesses a cursory understanding of MISMO and XML.  The primary audience that will benefit from this informaiton are those concerned with developing technological implementations using the Model:  Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Program Managers, Developers, Archtiects and Quality Assurance personnel.
