Yeah, I saw the email and have been keeping up with the intended changes to the Flood structure.
I agree that we should try to get a Flood resource involved. I‘m thinking Brian O‘Mara.
In terms of addressing training, I don’t think “mass” train is possible with this tool (at least not yet). The couple attempts that we have made have failed miserablly. I think this is a function of 2 things: 1) the trainer and training style (don’t think Hollander can “dumb” things down enough) and 2) the tool requires frequent use in order to truly learn and retain. This is why it has worked out for Ladd and Rachael (but to Rachael‘s credit, she has needed much less trianing). For example, I am in my second hour of conference calls with Ted Adams today giving Contivo training (working through BORROWER changes). I‘m not sure how exactly to address this. To borrow a phrase from Dan, it might be an “evangelical” effort with one off training sessions.

David,
I don’t know if you saw Beth‘s email to the Flood Listserv or not? I followed up with her (off line) to see what resources Flood may need to make progress. Below is her response. My concern is that they intend to use YOU and not a WG resource. This may be a problem going forward and we may need to address (again) WG independence. I assume this is a Contivo Builder issue. My only thought now is that the WGs are actually ready to use the tool (Builder) and will may have to re-address training (Adobe Connect). I don’t think it is practical for you to do every ones work.
2 cents, RJ

Yes. I will need these changes to be added to contivo in order to create the new schema. I was planning on sending this to David Krause after the listserve had a chance to review.
